So here's a fun update. I did an interview with my local newspaper, the High Country Press, and they put out a beautiful article about my book and my story!

I arrived two minutes early, to the scent of dark wood and coffee. Book shelves lined the walls -- they leaned into one another, sighing and soft. A cat was rubbing its back against a chair. 
This was Foggy Pine Books. My local book store.
It is also the first book store where my poetry book, The Last Four Years, is going to be sold.
It's a windswept wonderland planted in downtown Boone, North Carolina. 
Foggy Pine will be hosting a book signing with me on Friday, July 6th! I'll give more information on that later, but I am incredibly excited. Here is their website: foggypinebooks.com
